COVID-19 Updates:

Updated 09/06/2021

We are happy to welcome clients back into our lobby and exam rooms! We request that you still call us when you arrive for an appointment so we can get you into an exam room right away if your pet is here to see the doctor, or have your animal brought to the treatment quickly if your pet is here to see the technicians. If you are here to pick up food and/or medications, come on in and we’ll get you checked out quickly.

If you would still like to do curbside service, please call us when you arrive and let us know. We will be happy to bring your animal in the building and have our doctors call you when their exam is finished.

We are not requiring that facial masks be worn for our fully vaccinated clients, but we are still asking our unvaccinated clients to wear masks at all times while in the building.

If you have any questions, concerns, or quandaries, please call us and we will be happy to answer them! Thank you.

Updated 01/06/2021

We wanted to update our clients on our policy changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have implemented these policies to protect our clients and staff members, therefore allowing us to continue to provide care for our patients during this crazy time.

  • For the foreseeable future, we will continue with our “curbside service” protocol. Because we are a smaller clinic, we can not accurately ensure social distancing between doctors, vet staff and clients in our exam rooms, waiting area or treatment rooms. Due to this, we are not allowing clients to enter the building. When you come to the clinic for an appointment, please park in a spot and call our phone number to let us know you’ve arrived. One of our staff members will be out to retrieve your pet and bring them in the clinic. Please wear a mask when greeting the staff member in the parking lot. We require all cats be in a secure carrier, and will be placing our own leashes on dogs to ensure their safety crossing the parking lot and entering the building. The veterinarian will call you from inside the clinic once they’ve examined your pet and will recommend a treatment plan and answer any questions you may have. Once your pet is done and ready to leave the office, we will collect payment over the phone and our staff member will bring your animal out, as well as the necessary food, medications and/or paperwork.

  • We request that anyone who is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) not come to the clinic. If your animal needs care during that time, please make arrangements with someone who can bring your pet in for you.

  • We are more than happy to refill prescriptions and food during this time. Please call us in advance to request a refill and we will prepare it for you. When you arrive to pick up, call us from the parking lot and we will take payment over the phone. We will then bring the food and/or medication(s) out to your car for you.

We understand that this can be inconvenient and that many animals don’t like to come into the clinic without their owners. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we navigate the rules and restrictions during this pandemic. We promise to keep you up-to-date on any changes to these policies and our current care plan. As always, please feel free to call us with any questions, concerns or quandaries. Thank you!
