Regular vet care at the beginning of their lives can make all the difference down the road.

For puppies and kittens, we like to perform a series of exams spaced 4 weeks apart depending on the age of your pet. Your pet’s veterinarian will be able to examine their growth and ensure they are receiving their vaccines at the proper time to build life-saving immunity in their system.

Exam 1:

The first exam allows us to meet your new addition to the family, around 8 weeks of age. We request you bring any paperwork you have on them; this allows us to see any previous vaccinations or deworming they have received.

Puppy Vaccines:

  • DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) #1

  • Deworming

Kitten Vaccines:

  • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotrachetitis, Calici virus, Panleukopenia) #1

  • Deworming

Exam 2:

We like to examine your pet 3-4 weeks after their initial visit to assess their growth and continue their immunizations and deworming.

Puppy Vaccines:

  • DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) #2

  • Lepto (Leptospirosis Vaccine) #1 - optional, but highly recommended

  • Deworming

Kitten Vaccines:

  • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotrachetitis, Calici virus, Panleukopenia) #2

  • FelV (Feline Leukemia Vaccine) #1 - optional
